KEA UG NEET 2025 Seat Allotment is ahead of MCC 1st Round? Is it possible?

Today, I see a Notice for the extension of the Schedule of Round 1 of MCC, Allotment of the Seats scheduled on 3rd or 4th August. Actually, the MCC first round allotment is on 31 July. But the MCC make an extension of the Schedule of Round 1. Now, the first round Allotment of the Seats is scheduled on 3rd or 4th August.

Ok, but yesterday I saw a note from KEA Karnataka, the first round seat allotment as per schedule is on 2 August. I think it is a result of dual allotment. Top-ranked students will get a Seat AIQ and SQ. Nothing wrong with it for the top ranker, but in time's sake, it's a waste of a lot of time.
